FURTHER INFORMATION FOR DELIVERIES

Answers to common questions asked about product delivery:

 

1. WHEN ARE DELIVERYS MADE :

Deliveries are made between 8am to 4.20pm Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm Saturdays (in peak season - subject to availability.

2. HOW ARE DELIVERIES ARRANGED :

A member of our sales team will contact you 24 - 48 hours of your order being placed to arrange a delivery date and time and calculate your delivery charge to your place of delivery.

3. HOW SOON FOR DELIVERY :

Delivery is within 2 to 5 working days although you have The option of next day delivery subject to availability. This can change during peak season. A member of our sales team will contact you to confirm a delivery date. For bespoke items Please allow 7 working days.

4. CAN ORDERS BE COLLECTED :

Any order can be collected from our factory outlet Between normal opening hours please select click and collect at checkout you will be Contacted and given a collection date most standard stock/goods can be collected any time. For bespoke items please allow 7 working days.

5. DO I NEED TO BE IN FOR DELIVERY :

It is preferable that somebody is available to Take delivery of the goods although if this is not possible we can deliver without any one Being at home, responsibility for the goods pass to the customer at delivery point. We accept no liability for loss or damage to the goods.

6. CAN I SPECIFIE MY OWN DELIVERY DAY AND TIME :

When ordering you will be Given the opportunity to choose preferred days for delivery and weather am or pm. Subject To availability. Due to unforeseen circumstances this may not always be possible I.e. breakdowns - traffic - etc.

7. DELIVERY CHARGES :

Delivery charges will be calculated based on the distance we have to travel to deliver the goods. We can deliver within a 20 mile radius of our Factory outlet. Deliveries outside our 20 mile post code area please call to discuss options with one of our sales team. We are working to deliver our products nationally in the future.

8. COURIER & PALLET DELIVERIES :

For deliveries that are outside our 20 mile radius we will happily arrange a courier delivery - please contact us by e-mail or please contact one of our sales team for the most cost effective solution.

9. PAYMENT :

We are sorry payment cannot be taken on line via our website but payment can be made over the telephone by card or cash on delivery (sorry no cheques) 

Payment is to be made via credit or debit card or cash. No other methods of payment are accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing by the vendor and no goods shall be dispatched until payment has been made to and accepted by the vendor.

Credit card companies may require address verification (your credit card billing address) or other security information on web site transactions.

Any incorrect information given may result in a delayed or cancelled order, for which the vendor accepts no responsibility.

FURTHER INFORMATION

For local deliveries within our postcode area within a 20 mile radius, your order will be delivered by our own fleet of vehicles. Deliveries are kerb side only and the goods will be stacked as neatly as possible. The goods may be taken on your property but its at the discretion of the driver and Monton Fencing take no responsibility for damage. Due to our insurance cover our drivers are not permitted to carry goods to the rear of your premises.

If there is restricted access to your property please inform us when ordering so we can accommodate you.

Whist we will always make every effort to deliver the products on agreed delivery date we can not be held responsible for matters beyond our control that results in your products not arriving on the day in question. Please do not book builders or hire equipment for the day on delivery in case of any events resulting in the scheduled delivery being delayed.

In the unlikely event of your products not arriving on the scheduled delivery we will normally be able to deliver the products next day.
